Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Shipment Tracker (FleetStreetGPS) fleet dashboard, mobile app, and tracking hardware. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Shipment Tracker is a companion app and dashboard for GPS tracking hardware you or your organization own or lease from us. The mobile app is free to download; it requires an active account with at least one tracker assigned to it to show any data. Accounts and tracking hardware are provided as part of a subscription arranged directly with us — the app itself does not sell anything and has no in-app purchases.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• Admin and ops-level staff accounts you create are your responsibility — you control who on your team has access.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

Acceptable use

The service is intended for tracking property and shipments you own, operate, or are otherwise authorized to track. You agree not to use it to track a person or vehicle without appropriate authorization or legal right to do so, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service. Availability

Location reporting depends on cellular/LTE connectivity, GPS satellite visibility, and the tracking hardware's power state, all of which are outside our control. We work to keep the service reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free tracking.

Subscriptions and billing

Subscription plans, pricing, and billing are handled directly between you and us outside of the App Store — see your service agreement or contact us for billing questions. If your subscription lapses or no tracker is assigned to your account, the app will have nothing to display.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the acceptable-use section above.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." GPS tracking data is provided for informational purposes and should not be relied on as the sole basis for time-critical, safety-critical, or legal decisions.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision.
